My work station fortunately is not far from the coffee maker, I like comfort.
“Emergency lockdown” and another “But OK now after 30 that a gunman”
A 'What’s going on do you need help?'
"We are not sure yet” and then “but the emergency is lifted”
A 'Rabi I’ll come and meet can you give me an idea where you are?’
“It’s OK thank you I’ll try and come over”
A 'did anyone get hurt? I’ll gladly come over to be with you’
When I didn’t get a response I started thinking about what had just happened, you begin to have an uneasy feeling when the messages stop coming,
I’ll go over to the University and check it out …… but it will be crawling with police and she said “It’s OK thank you I’ll try and come over” so better stay put unless you get another message!
This could have been anyone receiving an urgent message from a loved one, a son or a daughter but it wasn’t just another anyone, this was for me and she was in danger.!!
Well Sir not this time, maybe I should learn to be more vigilant and stand with others against this senseless violence in our schools and Universities. But who would have thought this could happen in our little city? Even though I have been preparing myself for those types of happenings it still comes as a surprise. Having been in several attack situations you’re never totally prepared and that is what usually causes problems, the surprise.
I’m not responsible for but I’m ashamed
of this bad pig of a Canadian
massacre was a hoax he really should talk to the parents
and survivors of that tragedy, Shame on you Moore.!
He is the moron himself !
Let's be alert and act responsible
Let's make our schools and colleges secure
Let's be vigilant and protect young lives
Let's get back to prayer
